The Professional plan trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. At the end of the trial you can choose to upgrade, or you will be moved automatically to the free Starter plan. Your data is always retained.
Yes. You can import contacts via CSV file. We also offer native integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce for a direct migration. Our import wizard guides you through field mapping, and our support team is available if you run into any issues.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS servers located in the United States. We perform daily automated backups and maintain SOC 2 Type I compliance. A full security overview is available on request.
Yes. Paying annually saves approximately 20% compared to the monthly rate. The Professional plan is $39 per user/month on an annual plan, versus $49 per user/month on a monthly plan. You can switch billing cycle at any time from your account settings.
All plans include email support at info@syntonycrm.com. We respond within 1 business day. Professional plan customers receive priority responses. Business plan customers receive a dedicated account manager and direct escalation.
Yes, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Before your subscription ends, you can export all your data in CSV format from the Settings page.

About Us

Built by a small team
with a clear focus

We started SyntonyCRM because we were frustrated with CRM software that was either too complex, too expensive, or simply not used. We set out to build something different — a tool that fits the way small and mid-sized sales teams actually work.

Where we started and where we are today

SyntonyCRM was founded in 2021 by a group of former sales professionals and software engineers who shared one observation: most CRM tools were built for enterprise procurement committees, not for the people who use them every day.

We launched our first version in early 2022 with a handful of beta customers and a simple goal — make the most important parts of a CRM work without the friction. Since then, we have grown steadily, guided by customer feedback rather than investor pressure.

We are based in San Antonio, Texas. Our team is small by design, and we intend to keep it that way for as long as it lets us stay close to our customers and ship software we are proud of.
